Our guarantee works at the batch level and covers our work. If a batch is late or off the written spec, its clips are free: credited on your next invoice, or refunded if you cancel. We redo them until you approve. We promise nothing about views, followers or leads.

Questions agencies ask
Is it really white-label?
Yes. There is no Retaincut watermark, credit or metadata on any file, and files use your naming. We sign your NDA and we never contact your client.
How fast is delivery?
Each batch lands within 48 hours of the footage. Revisions come back within 1 business day.
What do you need from us?
A written brief for each client, their brand fonts, colors and logo, and a link to each episode. A pack covers up to 4 episodes a month of up to 60 minutes each.
How do revisions work?
Unlimited rounds within the written spec until you approve. If the direction changes, for example a different moment or angle, that counts as a new clip.
How does the $94 pilot work?
We edit 3 clips to the same spec as the packs and deliver them 48 hours after footage. If your first month starts within 14 days of delivery, the full $94 comes off month 1. If you still don't approve after 2 redo rounds, we refund it.
What happens if a batch is late?
If a batch is late or off the written spec, its clips are free. We credit them on your next invoice, or refund them if you cancel, and we redo them until you approve.
Do you do VFX or motion graphics?
No. Our clips are clean edits: cuts, punch-ins, captions, hook lines and the client's branding template. If a client needs VFX or motion graphics, we are not the right fit for that part.
Can you promise views or leads?
No. We guarantee delivery time and the written spec. Views, followers and leads depend on far more than the edit.
